• Patient Demographics: Adults requiring cardiothoracic surgery
• Patient Volume/Census: Varies based on surgical scheduling and case volume
• Case Mix: Cardiothoracic surgery, structural heart procedures, vascular surgery coordination

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Facility: 268
• Office Equipment Available: 11 operating rooms (including hybrid OR), 2 Cath Labs, Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotics
• Specialty Backup Available: 1 FT & 1 PT CT Surgeon, 3 Structural Cardiologists, 3 Vascular Surgeons
• Support Staff Available: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Reason for Coverage: Expansion

• Robotic-assisted surgery using Da Vinci XI or Da Vinci 5

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Experience: Prior cardiothoracic surgical experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform cardiothoracic surgeries in a hospital-based setting
• Participate in call rotation (1:2)
• Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and APPs
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient follow-up
• Utilize advanced technologies including robotic-assisted surgery
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-focused surgical program
