A CTI Sales Rep is responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to homeowners within designated neighborhoods. As a Residential Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, increasing sales revenue, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

You will receive a competitive base salary as well as earning commissions for your sales!

REPORTS TO

  • Sales Manager

SUPERVISES

  • No direct reports
  • May lead, train, or participate in work team assignments

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make presentations to homeowners or various groups
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to evaluate situations and adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to learn CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation
  • Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to any office locations (Currently within Illinois: Taylorville, Hillsboro; Indiana: Terre Haute)
  • Candidates which have the following will have priority:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • Experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales role.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • 1pm to 8pm, 40 hours per week
  • Both office environment and outside sales, office time 10%, outside sales 90%
  • Regular travel within the network footprint to engage in outside sales
  • Must have access to your own reliable transportation
  • Occasional travel to industry conventions or training
