What You’ll Do:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, commercial)

• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

• Stay current with industry trends, products, and compliance regulations

Qualifications: 

• Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to get licensed
• 1 year experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
