San Diego Bathroom Remodeling Installer

Location: San Diego, CA | Job Type: Full-Time  | Pay: $25-50/hr (based on experience)

We’re hiring experienced Bathroom Installers who specialize in wet area remodels (showers and tubs) and have hands-on experience with solid surface wall systems like Sentrel, Onyx, Kohler Choreograph, Jacuzzi or similar materials.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Demolition and installation of wet area components: tubs, shower pans, surrounds, and plumbing fixtures.

·        Install solid surface wall systems with precision and proper waterproofing techniques.

·        Prep and finish surrounding drywall and trim (limited scope).

·        Maintain clean, respectful job sites in occupied homes.

·        Deliver high-quality work that meets company standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications:

·        2+ years of bathroom remodeling experience, especially in wet area rebuilds.

·        Proficiency in installing solid surface wall systems (e.g., Sentrel, Jacuzzi, etc.).

·        Basic plumbing knowledge (setting tubs, connecting drains, installing valves).

·        Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

·        Professional attitude and clean appearance.

·        Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate tools.
