JOB OVERVIEW

• Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Otolaryngology
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours
• On-Call Shift Schedule: Weekend call 1:3

• Current Team:
- 2 Otolaryngologists
- 1 Allergist
- 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- 1 Audiologist

• Surgical Locations:
- Main Operating Room
- Outpatient Surgery Center

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: TBD

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
• Other Qualifications:
- Strong clinical skills in ENT diagnosis, procedures, and surgeries
- Effective communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients
• Perform ENT-related procedures and surgeries in both hospital and outpatient settings
• Participate in 1:3 weekend call rotation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including allergists and audiologists
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of a busy ENT practice
