- Responsible for overseeing quality and continuous improvement in the plant
- Will lead lean continuous improvement projects and work cross functionally with other departments
- Will handle FMEA, PPAP, 8D, root cause and ISO standard
- Leadership over direct and indirect reports
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Lean driven (project management)
- Engineering degree is preferred
