Job Description To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas. Responsibilities + Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc. + Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors and walls. + Completes other duties as assigned. + Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills sinks, wall, floors and other heavy equipment. + Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets. + Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas. Qualifications + Must be able to lift 30 pounds. + Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere. + Must be able to read, write and comprehend English. + Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
