No pets. No kids, non smoking. Just me and fiance. New home build. We are clean. On Olympic pkwy on the hill right off the 805. Will be easy to clean. We never wear shoes in the house. Socks only. We also have a robotic vacuum. We like the idea of cross contaminating. Meaning clean stuff stays with clean bin and dirty stuff stays in dirty/used bins.
