Responsibilities - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Answer calls and schedule appointments for auto maintenance, repair, recall work, and more.
• Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, reschedule 'no-show' appointments, and offer 'specials'
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Outgoing, friendly and dependable with good computer, communication and customer service skills
• BDC, Call center and customer service experience is a plus
• Motivated to succeed with a positive attitude and good work ethic 
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
