is seeking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Title Clerk to process and file paperwork to establish/transfer the ownership of our customers’ vehicles. We're growing and looking for someone who wants to grow their career with us!
Ideal candidates will have previous dealership and/or DMV titling experience. Other data entry, accounts payable/receivable, or dealership office experience is a plus! If you are organized, self-motivated, and looking to advance your career – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities – Title Clerk:
- Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents
- Submit required paperwork to the Department of Licensing and financial institutions
- Verify accuracy of vehicle sales contracts, loan documents, and title information
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in compliance with dealership and state requirements
- Support the accounting office and management with administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and service staff
- Other accounting/clerical duties may be assigned
Requirements – Title Clerk:
- 1 - 2+ years of dealership or DMV Title Clerk experience required
- Knowledge of Washington state DMV/DOL procedures strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. a plus)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
