liOwn trader interactions from start to resolution through all of our support channels which include; live chat, phone calls, and Discord./li
liUse technical ability to master trading platforms, internal tools, and proprietary systems./li
liMaintain in-depth product knowledge through ongoing education./li
liSkillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries, determining severity, and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary./li
liMake every trader interaction complete; using empathy as well as knowledge./li
liActively participate in improving Topstep’s trader-focused Learning Center, and our internal knowledge bases./li
liCoordinate with the supervisor for scheduling work hours. This means working 8 hours (plus a 30-min lunch break) starting 5:00pm (CT) or later./li
liContribute to team goals by focusing on cSAT, Quality Assurance, and overall response times./li
liEducate both existing and potential traders in their understanding of how Topstep works./li
liParticipate in beta testing new features./li
liContribute to the overall growth and innovation of the company through idea generation and active participation in collaborative team projects./li

pstrongRequired Qualifications and Key Competenciesnbsp;/strong/p

liAbility to type a minimum of 30 WPM/li
liBachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience is preferred/li
liOutstanding interaction with traders is your top priority/li
liReasonable understanding of white-glove care/li
liMinimum of one year experience in a customer contact position/li
liFamiliarity with CRM tools/li
liDesire for proactive communication with your colleagues/li
liStrong organizational skills/li
liBoth goal- and results-oriented/li
liAbility to handle ambiguity with confidence and ease/li
liWillingness to notice and suggest improvements when necessary./li
