For instance:/strong/p ul li5:00pm - 1:30am/li li6:00pm - 2:30am/li li7:00pm - 3:30am/li li8:00pm - 4:30am/li li9:00pm - 5:30am/li li10:00pm - 6:30am/li /ul pstrongKey Responsibilitiesnbsp;/strong/p ul liOwn trader interactions from start to resolution through all of our support channels which include; live chat, phone calls, and Discord./li liUse technical ability to master trading platforms, internal tools, and proprietary systems./li liMaintain in-depth product knowledge through ongoing education./li liSkillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries, determining severity, and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary./li liMake every trader interaction complete; using empathy as well as knowledge./li liActively participate in improving Topstep’s trader-focused Learning Center, and our internal knowledge bases./li liCoordinate with the supervisor for scheduling work hours.
