Adhere to HIPPA./li liCommunicates schedule changes to the team and assists with rescheduling patients./li liManages incoming mail and deliveries./li /ul h2strongQualifications:/strong/h2 pstrongEducation and Experience/strong/p ul liHigh school graduate or equivalent, required./li liMedical Assistant Certification, preferred/li liCPR/BLS, required prior to start date./li li1 year of experience working within a clinical environment, required./li li1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role, required./li liPhlebotomy and lab processing skills, preferred./li /ul pstrongSkills/strong/p ul liSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as needed./li liMust possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and effectively with other staff members, patients and physicians./li liMust possess computer skills for electronic recordkeeping./li liAble to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals./li /ul pemTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
