patches cement walks, floors and foundations; patches and lays tile and carpet.nbsp;Constructs and installs shelving and cabinetry, partitions and other wooden parts; painting and refinishing; facility remodeling; other carpentry trade related tasks.liRepairs valves, gauges, pumps, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.liPerforms preventive maintenance and repairs on passenger boarding bridges and auxillary equipment.liPerforms preventive maintenance and repairs on baggage conveyor systems and related support and auxillary equipment.liMay perform some limited quot;leadquot; responsibilities of other employees depending on expertise in the trade, system or project.liPerforms snow and ice removal operations during winter season.liRecords labor, materials, budget codes and other required information into computerized facility data information system.liCompletion of work assignments will require the operation of a vehicle.liThese examples are not intended to be all-inclusive.liOther related duties may be assigned as needed./ul/ph2Minimum Qualifications/h2pulliThorough knowledge of modern methods, techniques, nbsp;tools and equipment used in nbsp;fluid distribution systems.liThorough knowledge of building construction and building equipment operation.liWorking knowledge of conveyor or bag handling systems.liAbility to follow oral and written instructions.liAbility to apply technical policies, standards, and regulations.liAbility to hear and speak over the telephone, company radio and VHF radio.liAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.liAbility to record information accurately, both in writing and electronicallyliAbility to use a computer to access, interpret and record information.liAbility to read and interpret technical repair and maintenance manuals.liAbility to work under sound conditions of up to 100 decibels with appropriate ear protection.liAbility to climb stairs and ladders, work at heights of up to 30', nbsp;bend and twist as necessary to repair equipment.liAbility to tolerate working conditions that may include jet engine fumes, odors and exhaust.liAbility to lift and carry up to 40 pounds;
