This position will work under general supervision to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment within facility./span/p pstrongspan style="font-size:14.0pt"ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Examine, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machines and equipment./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Perform preventative maintenance on plant machines and equipment./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Repair and/replace defective parts on plant machines and equipment./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Trouble shooting electrical problems on a variety of industrial hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Effectively interpret schematics and diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems for products./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Make adjustments necessary to insure efficient operation./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Communication with management regarding scheduling and repair status./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Inspects and checks work prior to turning machinery back to users/span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Performs related paperwork as instructed by supervisory personnel./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"May work overtime./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Ensure adherence to all process specifications./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Support the Plant quality system goals, improvements amp; productivity goals, and improvements within the scope of the job./span/li /ul p style="margin-left:48px"nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p ul /ul pnbsp;/p ul /ul h4Qualifications/h4brpstrongspan style="font-size:14.0pt"MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /span/strong/p pstrongspan style="font-size:14.0pt"Education and/or Experience/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"High School diploma or GED and/or combination of vocational school. /span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"2-4 years repairing and/or maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical industrial equipment or related industrial machinery./span/li /ul pstrongspan style="font-size:14.0pt"SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Basic English (reading, writing, verbal and comprehend)./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Intermediatenbsp; math skills/span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Intermediate Computer Skills/span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Knowledge of hardware selection, identifying systemic root causes and process improvements./span/li /ul pstrongspan style="font-size:14.0pt"PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /span/strong/p puspan style="font-size:14.0pt"Education and/or Experience/span/u/p ul lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Tech or Trade school training certificate in related field./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"4 years related industrial maintenance experience performing repairs and PM on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical industrial equipment desired./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Able to read circuit diagrams and schematics./span/li lispan style="font-size:14.0pt"Ability to weld with MIG and TIG highly desired./span/li /ul pstrongspan style="font-size:10.5pt"span style="font-family:quot;Noto Sansquot;,sans-serif"span style="color:#2d2d2d"This position description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
