Your role involves working alongside a team of Sales Reps across various retail locations within your market. nbsp;As a nbsp;Van Operations amp; Key Services Specialist, you will be responsible for the travel, management, operation, and storage of the KeyMe Locksmiths van, as well as key duplication and programming services./span/p pspanstrongPay: /strong$40/hour/span/p ul lispan$30/hour with a $10/key sold incentivenbsp;/span/li /ulh3Responsibilities/h3divul lispanstrongLeadership and Supervision/strong/span ul lispanLead a team of brand ambassadors for activations./span/li lispanOversee all local staff, reporting team updates and issues to the Mosaic management team./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongEvent Operations/strong/span ul lispanManage set-up, tear down, and day-to-day operations of assets during events./span/li lispanEnsure compliance with health and safety standards as per safety guidelines./span/li lispanProvide key duplication and fob programming services at retail partner locations./span/li lispanOperate KeyMe mobile equipment to cut keys and program key fobs to customer’s vehicles./span/li lispanTroubleshoot issues with key cutting and programming hardware/software./span/li lispanEnsure high-quality customer service and technical precision./span/li lispanMaintain inventory of key blanks, fobs, and other supplies./span/li lispanDocument service calls and maintain accurate records./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongRelationship Building/strong/span ul lispanBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers, clients, and field teams./span/li lispanServe as the main point of contact for local retailers, staff, and client communications./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongLogistics and Inventory/strong/span ul lispanTrack inventory in van and at regional storage locations, including product ordering and receiving./span/li lispanOwn and manage activations from start to finish, including logistical planning and duties./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongReporting and Documentation/strong/span ul lispanComplete daily travel/driving logs./span/li lispanConduct daily cleaning and maintenance of vans and various equipment./span/li lispanProvide daily field reporting to the Mosaic management team./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongFleet Management/strong/span ul lispanMonitor the fleet’s condition, reporting damages and repairs required to the Mosaic management team./span/li /ul/li /ul/divh3Qualifications/h3divul lispanstrongExperiencenbsp;/strong/span ul lispanPrevious experience in team leadership roles./span/li lispanAbility to lead a team of brand ambassadors for activations./span/li lispanStrong customer service and communication skills./span/li lispanAbility to work independently and travel to different retail locations./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongEvent Operations Skills/strong/span ul lispanProficiency in managing set-up, tear-down, and day-to-day operations of assets during events./span/li lispanProficiency with vehicles and/or other technical trades./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongCommunication and Relationship Building/strong/span ul lispanExcellent communication skills to serve as the main point of contact for local retailers, staff, and clients./span/li lispanAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, clients, and field teams./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongLogistics and Organization/strong/span ul lispanExperience tracking inventory, including product ordering, and receiving./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongHealth and Safety Awareness/strong/span ul lispanUnderstanding of health and safety standards as per safety guidelines./span/li lispanCommitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness during all activations./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongDriving and Reporting/strong/span ul lispanValid driver’s license and willingness to complete daily travel/driving logs./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongAdaptability and Ownership/strong/span ul lispanFlexibility to own and manage activations from start to finish, including logistical planning and duties./span/li /ul/li lispanstrongTechnical Proficiency/strong/span ul lispanComfort using company software for documentation and communication./span/li lispanExperience with automotive key programming or locksmithing preferred./span/li lispanTechnical aptitude with mechanical and electronic systems preferred./span/li /ul/li /ul/div
