For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. /p p /p pDuring our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards./p p /p pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, strongwith a graduation date of May 2026./strong /li liMust be willing to commit to our Spring Program minimally working 20-25 hrs. per week (starting January/February/March 2026).strong /strong/li liMust have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in strongSales/strong strong- /strongdefined as, commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g - serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry). ul liif no sales experience, will consider 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization./li /ul/li liMust have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)./li liNo drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years./li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./li /ul
