Facilitates group programming sessions in areas such as anger management, preventing violence, and critical thinking. /pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongPrimary Duties and Responsibilities/strong/pulliThe Program Facilitator delivers gender-responsive and trauma-informed programming using curriculum-based group sessions./liliUtilizes evidence-based practices to enhance participant engagement and motivation./liliThe Program Facilitator conducts participant program orientations and intakes./liliMaintains group rosters, attendance records, and documentation of progress./liliAs appropriate, assists participants in planning for release to the community./liliAssists in the coordination of participant program schedules to ensure that all programming needs are met./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"strongMinimum Requirements/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field; or possess a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) designation or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of qualifying experience./liliPrevious experience as a facilitator / educator / group moderator with the criminal justice population./liliValid driver’s license and access to an operable vehicle./liliExcellent interpersonal skills, including verbal skills./liliKnowledgeable and comfortable when discussing difficult topics./liliComfortable and effective in dealing with conflict./liliExtensive organizational skills and pay attention to detail./liliFlexible schedule as hours may vary each week, to include evening sessions./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"span class="floatGroup"GEO Reentry Services LLC./span/p Pay: Pay USD $25.00/Hr.
