As a key member of our Auberge family, your role is to provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests from arrival to departure./pulliGreet guests warmly, provide courteous service, and efficiently handle check-ins and seating./liliAnswer phones, take reservations, take in-room dining orders, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems./liliCoordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements, avoiding overbooking and ensuring smooth flow./liliAssist with preparation of station charts, assign stations, and guide servers and support staff in optimal table set-up./liliMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the host station and assigned work areas./liliMonitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests using reservation systems./liliEnsure menus and wine lists are clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked at all times./liliResolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction./liliFamiliarize yourself with all hotel services, local attractions, and respond accurately to guest inquiries./liliCollaborate with Food and Beverage Management to set a positive tone for the restaurant environment./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliPrior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting./liliStrong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to speak and write in English fluently./liliMust be of minimum age to serve alcohol./liliFlexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays./liliAbility to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position./li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAuberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
