color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"nbsp;Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times. strongnbsp;/strong/span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"strongPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/span/pulli style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Responsible for operating machines as well as handling of materials./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Maintain paint equipment./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Load and unload parts on and off of the paint line conveyor./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Keep assigned tools organized./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Perform assigned tasks in a timely and orderly manner./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Maintain high quality standard for products being painted./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Understand general pre-prep operation, includes viewing product for defects before entering the paint booth./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Maintain safe work practices and environment./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Ability to move products throughout the paint area./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Communicate as necessary with coworkers and supervisors./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Additional duties as assigned by leads, supervisors, and management./li/ulpspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"strongnbsp;/strongstrongKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS/strong/span/pulli style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Experience with Powder Coat is preferred but not required./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Ability to use a tape measure, micrometer(preferred)/lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Ability to work while standing for long periods (10-12 hour shifts) with heavy lifting continuously under extreme temperatures./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Can work successfully in a team environment and/or independently and is able to take direction from others. nbsp;Self-Starter, Team Player./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds), bending, and stooping throughout shift./lili style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Punctuality a must./li/ul/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div/div
