The DSP will provide support with daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities. The DSP will represent the needs, wants, and interest of individuals served or supported by the program, and provide input on program planning and implementation for individuals./p pstrongShift: Awake Overnight Back Half: Thursday - Saturday 11:00pm - 9:00am/strong/p pstrongRate of Pay:nbsp;em$18.20 per hour/em/strong/p pstrongOur ideal candidate:/strong/p ul liPrior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting with supervisory experience strongly preferred./li liBasic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!/li liExcellent verbal and written communications skills./li liEmpathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others./li liHigh School Diploma or GED required./li liValid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience./li /ul pstrongOur employees enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals and believe in a healthy work/life balance.
