divdiv!--block--As a Behavior Technician, you'll use a proven method called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children and teens in reaching their full potential.brnbsp;brYou’ll work one-on-one with clients in their home, school, or one of our welcoming clinics. Each day, you'll help your client learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a fun, supportive, and meaningful way.brnbsp;brnbsp;strong🌟/strong What your day might look like:/divulli!--block--Work 1-on-1 with kids and teens with autism and other developmental needs/lili!--block--Follow a personalized therapy plan created by our clinical team/lili!--block--Use play, routines, and activities to help your client grow/lili!--block--Track progress by taking notes and recording behaviors/lili!--block--Encourage independence and build everyday life skills/lili!--block--Celebrate every win—big or small!/li/uldiv!--block--Don’t worry if you're new to ABA—we’ll provide you with thorough training to ensure you feel confident and prepared. divulli!--block--A high school grad (or above!) who enjoys working with children/lili!--block--At least 6 months of experience—paid or unpaid (volunteer or exposure) —supporting individuals with developmental disabilities/lili!--block--Someone energetic, patient, and ready to learn/lili!--block--Valid driver’s license, own reliable source of transportation, and active auto insurance/lili!--block--Willing to travel locally for sessions with clients (30 minutes or less)/lili!--block--Passion for working with children and youth with developmental disabilities/li/uldiv!--block--strongBonus Qualifications/strong/divulli!--block--Associate or Bachelor's degree nbsp;/lili!--block--ABA experience or RBT Certifiednbsp;/lili!--block--Experienced and comfortable managing a wide variety of maladaptive behaviors, ranging anywhere from non-compliance, elopement, verbal and physical aggression, self-injurious behaviors, etc.nbsp;/lili!--block--Bilingual/li/ul/div
