Warehouse Supervisor Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm to 6:30am

Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/b/pulliSupervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness/liliManage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory /liliPlan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records /liliTrack and send reports to designated plant personnel /liliTrack warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products /li/ulp/ppbADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/b/pulliWork with machinery and material handling equipment/liliResolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization/liliPerform assigned projects as instructed  /li/ulp/ppbMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)/b/pulli2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience /liliExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)/liliStrong conflict management skills/lilispanAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear/span/liliMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility /liliAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed /liliMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud /li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"spanWhy Lineage?/spanbr /br /spanThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
