You'll use your dynamic energy to expand our presence in retail outlets and boosting points of interruption. You'll also ensure that every executional element in our company/distributor commercial plans is flawlessly executed, making our brand stand out. With your enthusiasm for merchandising and eye for detail, you will invigorate product displays in cold vaults and coolers, creating eye-catching arrangements that capture attention. /spanspanYour contribution will be vital in driving our brand's success and making a lasting impact in the market./span/p pstrongThe Impact You'll Make:/strong/p ul liRoute level relationships with store managers on their specific route/li liMerchandising product in the cold vault and in coolers/li liExpanding cold space in all accounts where applicable/li liManagement and placement of point of sale (POS) materials both in and outside of accounts/li liResponsibly care for program materials and assets of company/li liPunctuality, adherence to shift schedule demanded. Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire./li liEnsure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers and internal team members/li /ul pstrongWho You Are:/strong/p ul liPrefer a bachelor's degree in the field of --Business, Marketing, or related field of study/li liExperience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/li liAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer facing role/li liPreferred Certifications: Must have a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older/li /ul pMonster Energy provides a competitive total Compensation. This Position has a range of $19-$26/ hourly.
