Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring, evaluating, coordinating, motivating, monitoring performance, scheduling, and supervising the department team members in accordance with the company�s mission and values./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liPerform administrative duties for the Community, including recruiting, background checks, payroll, maintenance of personnel files, employee orientation, and benefits. /li liCoordinate all risk management activities./li liPerform, administer, and oversee all accounting functions./li liMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards./li liEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments./li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong:/p ul liCollege course or other education in business administration and/or management preferred./li liPrefer one (1) year of experience supervising and managing employees./li liPrefer two (2) years of experience in accounting, human resources, and payroll. Preferably in the healthcare industry./li liAbility to effectively train staff./li liFlexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the department./li liAble to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)/li liMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests/li liFor the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines./li /ul pstrongWith communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada, opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel are significant.
