As a patient, long-term investor-operator, it aims to build significant enterprise value through both organic growth and acquisition./pp/pp style="text-align:left"bJob Description/b/ppbResponsibilities/b/pulliProvide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visit/liliReceive food and beverage orders, enter order correctly into the POS, and follow up with the kitchen as necessary/liliAnticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guest/liliMaintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items/liliPrepare drinks for the dining room, as needed/liliHandle any guest situations with genuine empathy and elevate to a manager as necessary/liliComplete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignments/liliOrganize money and receipts throughout the shift in adherence with the cash handling policy/liliKeep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists/liliAssist with setting up patio furniture and maintenance of outside fixtures and seating area, if applicable for the location/li/ulp/ppbQualifications/b/pulli3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training/liliExperience with POS systems, especially Toast, a spanplus                                          /span/liliFlexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required/liliAbility to be cross‐trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred/liliAbility to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location/li/ulpbr /bBenefits/b/pulliEnrollment in Company-contributed health coverage plan/liliAccrued Paid Time Off/lili401k with up to 4% match after ninety (90) days  of employment/liliPre-tax commuter benefits (in applicable States)/liliTeam member discounts at all our brands/li/uldivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"The hourly pay range (plus tips, when eligible) is:/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/div$18.00 - $22.00p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"iConvive Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
