pDescription/ppThe Duquesne Club is looking for a la carte servers to work PM shift. One would need to be flexible with scheduled shifts, based on business, Monday through Saturday, 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm./ppbr//ppThe Duquesne Club boasts an atmosphere that warmly embraces every member with a smile and eye contact. We prioritize professionalism, friendliness, engagement, and helpfulness at all times to ensure a memorable experience for members/guests./ppbr//ppAs a Server, you will be responsible for welcoming members by name, taking orders accurately, delivering orders promptly and efficiently, and addressing any member inquiries or concerns. You will also collaborate with the service staff/management team to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. Teamwork is essential for success./ppbr//ppYour responsibilities as a Server include:/ppbr//pp· Serving members and guests according to Club service standards./pp· Reports to the designated Club location and receives assignments from management./pp· Inspect dining rooms before guest arrival to ensure proper setup./pp· Utilizing the order-taking method according to Duquesne Club Standards./pp· Assist guests with menu inquiries./pp· Knowledge of course timing and appropriate service techniques./pp· Removing and transporting food items/plates from the kitchen/pantry to the dining area./pp· Perform opening/closing procedures./pp· Address any complaints promptly with management./pp· Ensuring all safety measures are in place and follow workers compensation guidelines./pp· Attending Club meetings/training as assigned./pp· Observing grooming and personal hygiene standards./pp· Being respectful of other employees and assisting when requested./pp· May be required to perform any related duty as directed by management./ppbr//ppSpecial qualifications for this role include:/pp· Self-motivation to work independently and unsupervised./pp· Knowledge of fine dining procedures, etiquette, social customs, POS systems./pp· Ability to serve multiple tables/groups simultaneously./pp· Physical strength and capability to carry a tray elevated at shoulder level weighing an average of 35lbs. (to a maximum of ten dinners). Physical ability to stand/walk for the entire shift, as well as bend, stoop, climb and reach./pp· Excellent coordination and manual dexterity./pp· Ability to follow directions and organizational skills to work rapidly when busy./pp· A willingness to actively listen and respond to requests professionally./pp· Commitment to adhering to Club policies and procedures./pp· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact/ppprofessionally with guests and colleagues./ppbr//ppPreferred Qualifications:/pp· Previous experience as a server at an upscale dining establishment./ppbr//ppIf you possess the necessary qualifications and are eager to contribute to our team, we/ppinvite you to join us in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests./p
