The ideal candidate is nurturing,br /organized, and committed to supporting both academic growth and faith development in youngbr /learners.br /strongResponsibilities:/strongbr /● Provide instruction in all core subject areas (Religion, Language Arts, Math, Science,br /and Social Studies) following the school’s curriculum and pacing guides.br /● Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans that foster student learning and growth.br /● Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment.br /● Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents as needed.br /● Communicate regularly with the principal, support staff, and parents to ensure continuitybr /of student learning.br /● Collaborate with other faculty and staff to support school-wide initiatives and studentbr /needs.br /● Uphold and model the values and teachings of the Catholic faith in word and action.br /Qualifications:br /● Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.br /● Valid teaching license or substitute teaching license.br /● Teaching experience, preferably in an elementary classroom setting.br /Practicing Catholic preferred, but all candidates supportive of Catholic education andbr /values are encouraged to apply.br /● Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.br /● Ability to create a warm, supportive, and faith-filled learning environment/p pThe Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs.
