• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through email, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Provide information about dry cleaning products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service

• Flexible scheduling available
• Work Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
