Restaurant Manager Requirements
· Lead with a guest-first mentality and a composed, professional demeanor in all situations.

· Inspire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
· Oversee FOH daily operations to ensure consistency in service, quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
· Maintain efficient scheduling, labor management, and inventory control.
· Partner with culinary leadership to uphold high standards for food quality and presentation.
· Support P&L management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining the guest experience.
· Build strong guest relationships through floor presence, polished interactions, and responsive service recovery.
· Model an understanding and appreciation for wine, cocktails, and whiskey, with a preference for beginner sommelier-level knowledge.
· At least three+ years of direct, progressive restaurant management experience in upscale, polished dining environment
· A guest-focused mindset and people-first mentality
