Quality Director

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement for a 73 bed hospital in Arizona. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directing, planning and organizing staff and activities of the Quality Management/Performance Improvement Program to achieve clinical goals and strategic operating plans and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Evaluating performance within the organization and developing and implementing measures for improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: BSN required; RN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' of experience directing Quality, Performance Improvement, and Joint Commission readiness within an acute care hospital setting.
• Licensure: Current RN license to practice in any state in the US.
• Certifications: Certification from an Accredited Lean Program for a Lean Yellow Belt, BLS from the AHA.
