Position Highlights:
• First-Year Pay: $109,000–$133,000+ annually
• Average Weekly Pay: $2,100–$2,575
• Schedule: 2–4 loads per week with 6–8 stops per load
• Home Time: 34-hour reset at home each week (at least one weekend day home in most cases, but not guaranteed)
• Freight: 100% dry van, touch freight (driver unloads boxes onto conveyor; store staff handle shelving)
• Coverage Area: WA, OR, ID, Western MT
• Truck Policy: Take-home trucks allowed if you have a secure parking location

Minimum Requirements:
• At least 21 years old
• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL experience (local, regional, or OTR)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
• No serious violations (careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.)
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests ever
• No major DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Must have a valid DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining by orientation
