Position: Maintenance Tech

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $22 to $23/hour (Depending on experience)

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues (EPA certification is a plus)
• Respond to work orders and complete unit turns (make-readies)
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Position Requirements:   

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking software and mobile work order systems
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
• HVAC experience and EPA Certification are a plus
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
