The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth. This is a crucial role for a professional with a proven sales track record who is passionate about building new relationships and expanding our portfolio. While a background in real estate is a plus, your ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property management sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Qualifications:
Required:
Proven track record in sales or business development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on closing deals.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Experience in property management or real estate.
