Job Responsibilities
- Lead the line and ensure smooth, consistent service
- Support daily kitchen operations, prep, and execution
- Help train and guide junior staff
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Work closely with chefs and front-of-house staff
Qualifications
- Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Previous culinary experience at a luxury resort or private country club is preferred
- Strong kitchen skills and leadership mindset
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Open availability preferred
- Weekend (Saturday, Sunday) availability is a must
