Job Description
Purpose:
To lead and own all warehouse operations in a way that supports our Core Values and drives our company’s vision. This role ensures products are received, handled, stored, and shipped accurately, efficiently, and safely — all while keeping our team and customers happy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the warehouse from receiving to shipping. You’ll lead the day-to-day execution with a high level of accuracy, urgency, and care.
Receiving:
Unload shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Inspect all incoming goods for damage or errors
Match received items against purchase orders
Report discrepancies and damaged items immediately
Label and tag all incoming boxes with key info (customer name, PO #, project name, etc.)
Enter receipts into the system and organize packing slips
Storage & Organization:
Stage and store products in correct zones/racks
Ensure warehouse layout supports flow, safety, and efficiency
Maintain clear and accurate inventory locations
Shipping & Distribution:
Pick and stage products accurately using pick lists
Double-check outgoing shipments for accuracy
Complete all shipping documentation
Coordinate with delivery teams or freight providers
Leadership & Operations:
Drive accountability and efficiency in warehouse operations
Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Communicate regularly with purchasing, operations, and sales
Track and report on inventory, dead stock, and warehouse metrics
Recommend and implement process improvements
Support a high-performing team culture based on our Core Values

Requirements:
3+ years in a warehouse leadership role
Strong decision-maker and problem solver
Proven ability to drive process and productivity improvements
Comfortable with warehouse software and systems
Able to lead and work alongside the team
Clear, confident communicator
Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Electrical product knowledge is a bonus
