Job Description
We’re hiring a LNE Repair Technician for a 3-month contract in Mesa, AZ (85204) at $19.00/hour, with the potential to be hired on permanently. In this role, you’ll work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 AM – 1:30 PM, in a light manufacturing environment where you’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair water coolers, filtration equipment, and coffee brewers to OEM specifications. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, able to safely operate power tools, lift up to 45 lbs., read schematics, and communicate effectively. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced team setting—while following strict safety and quality standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, and electrical issues on refurbished equipment.
- Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble equipment per OEM specs.
- Read schematics and use diagnostic tools to test and repair components.
- Operate manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic tools (e.g., drills, amp meters, wrenches).
- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at your workstation.
- Participate in daily team huddles and support continuous improvement.
- Follow all company safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Must be available to work Monday – Thursday, 3:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills (multiplication, division) and ability to read technical documents.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be safety-focused and able to work around tools and automated equipment.
- Previous experience in light manufacturing or repair work is preferred.
- Must wear steel-toe shoes at all times during shift.
