Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Grants and Contracts

Overview
Seeking an experienced professional to manage federal, state, city, and private grants and contracts. This role oversees the full lifecycle of grants, including submissions, renewals, compliance, reporting, and financial tracking. The position works closely with finance, development, and program teams and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage grant and contract compliance, amendments, and reporting.

  • Maintain procurement systems and required documentation.

  • Coordinate submissions for HUD Homeless Assistance Grants.

  • Monitor expenditures and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Support budget development and modifications.

  • Prepare and submit vouchers and drawdowns.

  • Assist with audits and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in government grants/contracts administration.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and project management.

  • Preferred: Experience with affordable housing, LIHTC, nonprofit accounting, and financial software (e.g., Sage Intacct, Fund EZ).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80K–$90K annually. Includes medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and hybrid work schedule.
