Are you a strong operational leader with deep payroll expertise and a passion for process improvement? We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure the accurate, timely delivery of multiple payrolls.
✅ Location: Miami, FL

✅ Experience: 10+ years in payroll operations, compliance, and finance-related fields
What you’ll do:
✔ Oversee all aspects of payroll management, including compliance, audits, and reporting
✔ Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to streamline processes and drive automation
✔ Manage payroll for both shoreside and shipside operations
✔ Lead, develop, and scale a team while ensuring best-in-class payroll delivery
What we’re looking for:
? Experience with PeopleSoft HR-Payroll, ADP, or Workday (preferred)
? Knowledge of SOX compliance and government regulations
? Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Bonus Points: CPP or FPC certifications and experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment.
