Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting with an average census of 5–10 patients
- Deliver nursing care in a Med Surg capacity at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans across both ER and Med Surg environments
- Respond to emergent and urgent patient needs, initiating appropriate interventions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in both Emergency Room and Med Surg nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Comfort and proficiency working in a dual-role ER and Med Surg environment
- Experience in a small or critical access hospital setting
- Opportunity to work a balanced 4-on/4-off schedule, providing consistent time off between shifts
