Job Description
Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative
\nLocation: Columbus, OH
\nPay Rate: $18-19.17/hour
\nWork Schedule:
\nRemote Training: 4–5 weeks of fully remote training
\nIn-Office: 5 days per week after training
\nHybrid Schedule: After 6 months, transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nRespond to incoming calls regarding brokerage accounts with accuracy and professionalism
\nAssist clients with Brokerage Cash Management products and services
\nSupport customers with online account access, website navigation, and mobile app usage
\nHandle general account inquiries, financial questions, and service-related requests
\nMaintain high service standards and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment
\nCollaborate with team members and adapt quickly to process or system changes
\nQualifications:
\nCollege degree or previous contact center experience
\nStrong communication and customer service skills
\nAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
\nComfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented financial service center
