OR Supply Clerk

ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: NON PRIORITY RECRUITMENT The OR Supply Tech is responsible for ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of all supplies in the Operating Room. They will be responsible to monitor and adjust inventory levels to accommodate current needs in the Operating Room, as well as fulfill all supply needs for upcoming cases. This position would also be crossed trained in purchasing. Job Requirements Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to: Inventory management skills, previous storeroom/warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge of purchasing practices in a healthcare setting preferred. Must have physical capability to perform essential job functions and those listed in physical demands below. License/Certification None. Education and/or Experience Computer literacy. Knowledge of MS Office Programs preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking; heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs.); considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching.
