Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Family & Urgent Care!

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team in outpatient clinics specializing in Family Practice and Urgent Care. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older). You will handle urgent care cases, perform minor procedures such as I&D and lac repairs, and utilize the Epic EMR system efficiently. You must be comfortable working solo, maintaining excellent soft skills to foster positive patient interactions and collaborate effectively with support staff. Providers will be credentialed through our agency, and the position offers opportunities to participate in Medicare enrollment processes.

Key skills and qualifications include:
  • Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in a fast-paced urgent or family practice setting
  • Board Certified (BC) or equivalent (NCCPA certification for PAs, Family Nurse Practitioner certification)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is required
  • Ability to independently manage all assigned patients
  • Strong soft skills for effective communication and teamwork

Additional skills that are a plus:
  • Experience with pediatric and adult urgent care cases
  • Skilled in minor procedures such as I&D, ear irrigation, and wound repairs
  • Flexibility to support multiple sites within a 65-mile radius of your residence

Preferred education and experience:
  • Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Other requirements:
  • Valid certifications and licenses necessary for practice
  • No travel reimbursement; mileage only will be provided
  • Availability to work shifts as scheduled, with dates listed in comments
  • Willingness to undergo EMR training and onboarding prior to initial solo shifts
