Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Urgent and Family Medicine

We are seeking qualified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide essential care across multiple centers, ensuring timely and compassionate treatment for patients of all ages. Position Overview:

As a key member of our urgent and family medicine teams, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) in a fast-paced setting. Utilizing your clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Epic EMR, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Successful candidates will confidently handle procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other minor interventions, functioning effectively as the sole provider during shifts.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 12 months clinical experience in urgent or family medicine
  • Board Certification (e.g., NCCPA, NP Boards)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
  • Ability to independently see and treat all patients
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent documentation and organization skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric and adult patient care
  • Familiarity with minor procedures like I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations
  • Ability to work across multiple sites within a 65-mile radius
  • Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate-level degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in urgent or family medicine

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work at multiple centers within the defined radius
  • Successful credentialing process through the employing agency
  • Availability to start on December 31, 2025
  • Hourly pay rate of $1.00 (note: this rate may vary; please consult for specifics)
  • No travel reimbursement; mileage only
  • Participation in EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift
  • No supervision required; care delivered independently with oversight provided via a supervising physician
