• 2 weeks per month -- 4 clinic days weekly (Tuesday-Friday)
• 15 - 20 patients daily -- 40 new consults, 20 follow-ups
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Shared call Friday to Friday by phone -- no rounding or admissions
• Required procedures: EMG, Botox, nerve blocks, trigger point injections
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
