Safenest Repairs is actively seeking reliable and experienced Property Preservation Crews across Alabama. This is a jack-of-all-trades opportunity — if you can fix it, clean it, secure it, or haul it, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be handling various tasks to help maintain and protect vacant or foreclosed properties. We value dependability, quality work, and crews who understand the importance of on-time photos and reports.Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Lock changes and securing properties
• Debris removal and trash-outs
• Winterizations
• Lawn and yard maintenance
• Minor repairs (roof patches, steps, doors, windows, etc.)
• Boarding up broken windows/doors
• Taking before, during, and after photos for all work completed
• Completing work orders via mobile apps or web portals

Requirements:

• Must have your own truck, tools, lawn equipment, and smartphone
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a photo ID
• Proof of General Liability Insurance
• Ability to follow work order instructions and complete jobs on time
• Clear, timely communication
• Photo documentation is a must
• Experience with PPW, Pruvan, or similar apps a plus
