Job Title: Event Supervisor – South Location
Schedule: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FULL SCHEDULE
Saturday, Sept 13: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday 14th: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday 15th: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday 16th: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday 17th: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 18th: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule may change based on event needs
Overview:
- We are looking for a hands-on Event Supervisor to oversee and manage a crew during a large indoor event. This role requires physical stamina, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage crew members to ensure event operations run smoothly.
- Handle heavy lifting and transport of supplies.
- Frequently run between areas, including going up and down stairs throughout the day.
- Change out and manage water coolers.
- Provide clear instructions and direction to the team.
- Keep up with the pace of the event and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Supervisory/management experience required (events, hospitality, or similar settings).
- Strong endurance and ability to stay on your feet for long hours.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and fast movement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Spanish-speaking skills a PLUS.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to lead by example.
- Hours and end times are subject to change based on event needs.

- This position is physically demanding and requires a supervisor who thrives in fast-paced environments. Not for the faint of heart—energy, leadership, and flexibility are a must!

Event Staff/Food Service
When working in Event Staff or Food Service Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:
- Working independently or in a team to cook, prepare, serve, or transport food items
- Engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
- Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor
- Comfortable working in a busy and at times hectic environment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
- Note for that for any event staff position that requires handling food, you will need to follow GMP guidelines which include keeping your hair up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and you may be required to cover any facial hair.
