Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Our team includes Behavior Analysts, Employment Specialists, Academic Tutors, Social Skills Group Facilitators, RNs, and home-based DSPs .  Our services are in high demand because our 90+ team members are dedicated, ethical, fun, and always innovating.

This is a full-time position that combines fieldwork with work from home.  

Responsibilities:

Client Care

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses.
• Assess environmental demands and consumer skills to identify areas of instruction.
• Generate intervention goals. 
• Develop behavior plans  promote desired behavior and success.
• Teach consumers, RBTs, and other team members to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Develop data-collection systems and strategies.
• Graph and analyze data to guide intervention efforts and inform continued training.
• Generate monthly reports about consumer progress.

Training

• Assist in relevant trainings for Trendline Consulting team members of all backgrounds and Divisions.
• Help develop bi-monthly lunch-and-learn lectures and activities for agency BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide high-quality supervision to 3-6 Trendline RBTs.

Culture

• Participate in Trendline's weekly Leadership Team meetings. 
• Work with Leads across the agency to develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions and supports. 

A Little About Us:

Trendline Consulting has a solid 16-year history of serving children, adolescents, and adults who have developmental disabilities. Our work is funded through DMH (Department of Mental Health) Medicaid Wavers as well as county-based tax funds. Most of our consumers live in Cape Girardeau, Perry, Bollinger, and Sainte Genevieve counties in Southeast Missouri.

We currently have approximately 90 clients and 90 team members.

Trendline Consulting has four service divisions and loads of collaboration to meet our consumers where they are and to help them identify and meet their goals. These divisions are 1) Behavior Services, 2) PA & ISL Services, 3) Employment Services, and 4) Group & Instructional Services. We have offices in Cape Girardeau and Perryville and are constantly innovating and helping our consumers break through barriers.

Our agency's CEO is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Format and Scheduling of Role:

This role combines in-person assessment, training, intervention, and supervision activities with remote work. A dedicated BCBA would be free to set his/her own schedule and could meet expectations with approximately 70% in-person and 30% from-home work each week.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has:

• Valid national BCBA certification.
• Valid Missouri Behavior Analyst License (or eligible to pursue).
• Excellent Communication Skills.
