Boutique Retail Associate - Cherry Creek

Wonderland Toys is a Boutique Toy store located in the luxury shopping neighborhood of Cherry Creek mall. We are seeking an experienced sales associate to join our Retail Team. Pay rate starts at $20/hr and is negotiable based on experience and qualification.

Job Summary:

As a Boutique Sale Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients
• Provide a welcoming and happy environment for clients and their family, mostly younglings and help them find the best gift
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions
• Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter
• Process returns and exchange of sale

As an Inventory/merchandising Associate, you will:

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments from vendors
• Strategically place product in the backroom
• Beautifully display product on sales floor

Locations: Cherry Creek Mall

Hours: Availability during Cherry Creek Shopping Center hours. 5 days and 40 hour a week is required, Overtime required during month of Nov/Dec.

Weekends: Availability during most weekends are required

THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour. Bonus Available for fulltime employees

​Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience in Specialty, gift or luxury goods or comparable retail environment.

· Demonstrate passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail.

· Strong Leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with in all levels within the organization

Physical Requirements

· Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays

· Standing for extended period of time

· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves

· Comfortable climbing ladder
