VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Electrophysiology.

• Description: Please use comments to submit questions. Do not contact the site directly Board Certified Electrophysiologist to serve as a proctor for one of our physicians. Scope is ten ablation cases in total: five PVC and five atrial fibrillation.Our need is time sensitive and we would like to begin sourcing a qualified proctor as quickly as possible. We would only need the Locums provider to come into town specifically to act as a proctor for these cases. The cases would be at our THOP Sierra and East campuses with a start date as soon as credentialing is completed.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
