Position Summary
We are seeking a highly adaptable and team-oriented Hospitality Associate who is eager to jump in wherever needed. This role is the heartbeat of our operation—sometimes serving food and drinks, sometimes cooking or prepping in the kitchen, sometimes checking guests in at the front desk, sometimes diagnosing simulator issues, and always delivering an outstanding guest experience.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy wearing many hats, and love being part of a tight-knit team, this is the role for you.

- Monitor simulator bays and ensure proper functionality, escalating issues when needed.
- Complete daily opening, closing, and shift-side duties to keep the club running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred; experience in multiple areas (front of house, back of house, or technical) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy mindset with ability to learn and troubleshoot simulator equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Adaptable, reliable, and eager to support wherever the team needs help.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler’s card and OLCC permit (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move between kitchen, bar, front desk, and bays for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle food trays, equipment, or supplies.
