Our clients expect VIP service, and we make sure they get it.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Travel Specialist to manage air, hotel, and car bookings while providing exceptional service to high-profile clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in entertainment, music, or production travel who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can think quickly on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
Book and manage global air, hotel, and car travel
Coordinate complex itineraries for production crews, talent, and agency teams
Source 4- and 5-star hotel options worldwide, balancing client preferences, budgets, and production timelines
Understand specific travel needs and provide tailored recommendations with VIP-level service
Research options based on budget, location, and logistics
Identify hotels and routing that align with shoot locations, music venues or events, in coordination with flights, call times and other logistical requirements
Build strong relationships with hotel partners and negotiate preferred rates
Solve issues like last-minute changes, cancellations, and sold-out hotel situations
Keep internal systems and client records updated with all details, changes, and confirmations.
Support the wider team with cross-functional tasks—flexibility and teamwork are key.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years experience in a travel agency, hotel operations, or hotel sales (required)
Familiarity with music tours, film/TV shoots, or VIP entertainment travel
Excellent communication skills – professional, clear, and client-focused
Detail-oriented and organized – accuracy is a must
Fast, responsive, and reliable – especially with last-minute changes
Strong multitasker – can handle shifting priorities under pressure
Positive and team-oriented – ready to jump in and help
Flexible schedule – available for occasional after-hours or weekend needs
What We Offer:
